Leicester - St Peters
|
Our Green HeritageSt Peters has a heritage of greenscaping carried out a generation ago that has now some 25 years later begun to mature and really come into its own. The view for many of us in the neighbourhood which can rival any botanic garden is one of the few redeeming features that makes living in St Peters tolerable. During the months of April to October St Peters at least at first glance from a distance is at odds with the concrete jungle stereotype so often applied to inner city neighbourhoods. Unfortunately a cursory close inspection will never fail to reveal the graffiti, litter, and fly tipped household furniture. St Peters NMB is about changing that and shattering that stereo type consistently in all its elements.
