The City Council has many options to tackle anti-social behaviour, including:

- Warning letters
- Interviews
- Referrals to support agencies
- Referrals to Environmental Health
- Acceptable Behaviour Contracts
- Anti Social Behaviour Orders
- Injunctions
- Evictions

The action the Council takes will be appropriate to the type of anti-social behaviour that has occurred.

In all instances evidence is needed to support a claim of anti-social behaviour. Without evidence the Council is unable to take action against an alleged perpetrator.

Action will be undertaken by your council or police where appropriate. All calls related to anti-social behaviour will be analysed by the Inter-Agency Community Safety Bureau (ICSB). The ISCB identifies anti-social behaviour hotspots and emerging problems so that action can be taken to prevent and tackle anti-social behaviour in the longer term.
