Leicester - St Peters

This litter lout sits in a communal garden (to which he should not have access) in St Peters eating a box of Maryland Fried Chicken and drinking a can of Stella Lager. He is just 15 to 20 feet away from a large litter bin that can clearly be seen by him if he cared to see it.
By the time he finishes, he has thrown the box, all the bones and wipes under the bench. He wandered off leaving those items under the bench along with the plastic blue carrier bag on the bench.
He simply did not care about the effect his laziness has on the community or who is going to clean up after him or how much littering costs the community
Littering is an offence against the whole community.
We are showing this mans photo on this website in order to challenge his behaviour and also to show leicester city council what they should have done years ago to deal with this problem
Until we publicise and identify those who treat our community with such contempt we will never break the back of littering as a problem
It is our hope that this will send shockwave's through the community that will act as a wake up call to those inclined to throw or leave litter and to let them know that the days in which they can do so with impunity are long gone.
We are keen to identify this individual... do you know who he is?

Once identified this person will be fined.
It is unlikely his photo will ever be removed from this website
There was a waste bin close to him, he ought to have used it or taken the rubbish home with him.
The litter cams are a new approach using high tech digital surveillance throughout St Peters.
If you know anyone who may be inclined to drop litter please show them this web page.
With parking such a big issue in this neighbourhood a highlighting of the highway code will certainly save many people here money on penalty charges
