Changing St Peters in Leicester..? - You Bet !

Not a talking shop...

The meetings held are often multi agency meetings. Residents don't just have a say in these meetings but are actually on the Management Board itself and have real tangible power with full voting rights.

This is new. And this is what gives residents for the first time in St Peters real power to get things done and sorted out.

When you read the minutes and agenda's of the meetings you will currently read of a lot of discussion particularly about issues surrounding the physical appearance of the St Peters area.

Other issues under discussion surround the creation of strategy and plans for the area.

Details: The four-paged draft summary was given to all members present at the meeting.  Paresh explained that this was a summary of the St Peters Delivery Plan (SPDP) which when finalised will be printed and delivered to all the residents in the St Peters neighbourhood management (NM) area.
